Article 1 -  Object :

 

  • The purpose of these "Terms and Conditions of Use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the NOVIGA website.

  • This contract is concluded between the operator of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher", and any individual or legal entity wishing to access the website, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

ARTICLE 8 : Duration of the contract

  • The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract is effective for the User as of the beginning of the use of the service.

ARTICLE 9 : Applicable law and jurisdiction

  • This contract is governed by French law. 

  • In the event of a dispute not amicably resolved between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Nancy shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
