Article 1 -  Object :


  • The purpose of these "Terms and Conditions of Use" is to provide a legal framework for the use of the NOVIGA website.

  • This contract is concluded between the operator of the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher", and any individual or legal entity wishing to access the website, hereinafter referred to as "the User".

  • The general terms and conditions of use must be accepted by every User, and access to the website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 2 : Access to the website

  • Any User with access to the Internet may access the website free of charge from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access the Site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

  • The website may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular for the purpose of maintenance, without any obligation to give notice or justification.

ARTICLE 3 : User's responsibility 

  • The User assumes full responsibility for the use he/she makes of the information and content present on the website.

  • Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated to the benefit of the website


ARTICLE 4 : Editor's responsibility 

  • The Editor cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the server or the network.

  • Similarly, the websitecannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.

  • The website undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data. 

  • The Editor reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources, although the information published on the website is deemed reliable.

ARTICLE 5 : Hypertext links


The domains to which the hypertext links on the website lead are not the responsibility of the Editor, who has no control over these links.

ARTICLE 6 : Intellectual property

The entire content of the website is protected by copyright law, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code. Apart from these exceptions, any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of all or part of the elements or information on this site, including trademarks and logos, is prohibited without the permission of NOVIGA. In case of infringement, the author commits an infringement and is liable to the penalties provided for in articles L335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 7 : Terms of use evolution

  • The website reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.

ARTICLE 8 : Duration of the contract 

  • The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract is effective for the User as of the beginning of the use of the service.

ARTICLE 9 : Applicable law and jurisdiction 

  • This contract is governed by French law. 

  • In the event of a dispute not amicably resolved between the User and the Publisher, the courts of Nancy shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
